I hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend and has some fun and enjoyable things planned!
I finally found some breathing room this afternoon. All of the new appliances are installed and look fantastic and best of all the dishwasher is whisper quiet. Who da thunk that the happiest moment in a day could be a dishwasher sounding so quiet?
I haven't forgotten about all of you fantastic followers, and I promise to get to your awesome blogs and leave some love by the end of the weekend.
Here's another card using another poorly neglected stamps. This cutie is from LOTV and called Cake, Glorious Cake. I've sent this card off to my best friend from college daughter for her November birthday. The papers are from MME, the sentiments are from MFT as are the die cuts. The paper rosette and pearls were from my stash.
Isn't she just the cutest thing and I just love how the cake is falling over. of course the coloring was done with copics. The wings were done with glamour dust as were the shoes (this card was done prior to my rat kids getting into my glamour dust). The cake got a bit of extra bling with liquid pearls and some that puffing stuff (I'm blanking on what it's called as I'm typing this) with glamour dust.
Thanks for taking the time to visit!
I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:
